I made this last night using a marginal frozen salmon. Several days ago I made the used the frozen salmon straight (no marinade) and it was awful. This time, I soaked the salmon in water to unfreeze it and to rinse off "stuff" that was added. Then I marinated it for one hour. I sauted it about 2 minutes per side...it was wonderful.
