Steak with Sherry-Ginger-Garlic Sauce

A nice way to have steak.

Ingredients

Directions

Sauce

In a small saucepan combine ingredients, except cornstarch mixture, and bring to boil. Lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Steak

Stir-fry bell peppers 5 minutes in skillet in oil on high heat. Remove and reserve.
Either grill or pan-fry the steaks until they are done to your liking.
Heat up sauce, add cornstarch mixture, and stir until thickened, a minute or so.
Pour over steak and peppers. Serve immediately.

Rice goes well with this dinner.
