Pork Chops with Ginger-Soy Glaze

A great alternative to regular pork chops. This is a mainstay in our home.

Ingredients

4 pork chops
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp minced fresh ginger (1/2 tsp dried ginger)
1 cup chicken broth
2 TBL dry white wine
1 TBL lite soy sauce
1 TBL water
1 TBL white sugar
2 green onions, chopped

Directions

Combine all but the pork chops in a small bowl. Whisk to blend. Marinade chops for 20 minutes to 3 hours.
Drain chops and reserve marinade.
Saut� pork chops until cooked through - about 5 minutes per side. Transfer to plate and cover. Add marinade to skillet and scrape up fond until thickened, about 2 minutes. Spoon over pork chops and serve.
