Macaroni and Cheese
Tastes better than you know what.
- 3/4 cup uncooked macaroni (elbow pasta)
- 1 1/2 T flour
- 1 cup skim milk
- 2 cups shredded medium cheddar cheese
- 2 tsp margarine
- pinch salt
- Big pot
- Small saucepan
Cook macaroni according to directions in a pot then drain.
Whisk together milk and flour in small saucepan.
Put heat on med-low. Add milk mixture, cheese, salt, and margarine to macaroni. Stir until cheese is melted. Add more milk if necessary.
Sprinkle with paprika.
