This is inspired by ham salads I've tasted from delis. Makes one heaping cup.
- 6 oz ham (about 1 cup)
- 3 tbsp mayo
- 1 tbsp celery
- 3/4 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 1/2 tbsp yellow onion
- dash paprika
Put ham, celery, onion in food processor and pulse until chopped fine. Add pickle relish and pulse 1 second. Pour into mixing bowl and mix in mayo and paprika.
Refrigerate for at least an hour to meld the flavors. Keep refrigerated.
Note the ham has enough salt in it.
