Garlic Red Potatoes

Garlic red potatoes are a great side dish and always go over well. Delicious with a nice juicy steak.


8 red potatoes, each one quartered
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 TBL fresh cilantro, chopped
2 TBL olive oil
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
salt, to taste


Mix olive oil, garlic, cilantro, and black pepper in large bowl. Set aside.
Bake in oven for 30 minutes at 400 deg. Remove from oven and place in bowl. Toss until covered. Serve immediately.

Doug's Notes:

A little bit of salt sprinkled enhances the taste. I have made this ad infinitum times and it has always gone over well. Yukon potatoes work well, too.
