Chicken Salad with Asian Flair

The salad dressing is wonderful. We have had many compliments from it.





Mix salad dressing in a bowl.
Saute chicken breast. Let cool then cut into slices.
Mix salad dressing, lettuce, chicken, scallions, and water chestnuts in large bowl.

Doug's notes

I use canola oil since it is tasteless and does not impart any flavor into the dressing. I also use lite soy sauce so the taste is not dominated by it.
If you can make the salad dressing a few hours beforehand it tastes much better.
