Chicken Fajita Marinade
This marinade is for 2 boneless/skinless chicken breasts. I have made this many times in the skillet and on the grill. It is so good sometimes we end up eating all the chicken before the fajita veggies are done!
- 2 T fresh lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp dried cilantro (or 1 TBL fresh)
- 1 T oil (vegetable, corn, or olive)
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Mix ingredients and let sit for an hour for the flavors to meld.
Pour on chicken breasts and marinate up to 8 hours. Scrape off marinade before cooking.
