Chile Rellenos Sauce

Delicious topping for chile rellenos.


1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 TBL oil
1 cup tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped
1 2/3 cup chicken broth
2 chicken bullion cubes
1/2 tsp dried oregano (mexican if possible)
1 TBL cornstarch


Mix ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve on just-cooked chile rellenos.
