Chicken & Grapes
Easy to make entree for dinner or brunch.
1 pkg chicken breasts
Salt & pepper
2-3 TBL Orange Marmalade
1/2 lb butter
1-2 cans seedless grapes or 1 bunch fresh seedless grapes
Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Drench in flour, salt, and pepper.
Saute in butter until cooked (golden brown).
Add 2-3 TBL orange marmalade. Drain grapes and add to pan. Lower heat. Stir several times to mix with marmalade.
Serve hot for brunch with Champagne and cinnamon rolls with orange
Serve for dinner with a green vegetable and garlic bread.
