CASI Chili

CASI style chili.



Cook and stir beef, onion in oil in 4-quart Dutch oven until beef is brown. Stir in remaining ingredients except masa, paprika, and 2 tbsp chili powder. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, until beef is tender, about 2 hours.

To thicken, make thin paste of masa and water. Quickly stir into chili or else it will lump.

Add remaining chili powder and paprika

Remove jalapenos and serve.
