Turkey Stuffing
Simple to make but very tasty. I make this every Thanksgiving.
Ingredients
- 1 celery stalk, diced small
- 1 onion, diced small
- 3/4 cup chicken broth or turkey broth
- 2 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 loaf stale, white bread (1 1/2 pounds) cut into 1/2 squares. No crust.
Directions
Sweat celery, onions in oil. Mix in seasonings and cook for 20 seconds. Stir in broth. Add bread cubes and mix well. Heat in oven, covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
