Pork Chop Rub #1

I use this on pork chops and pork roast. The rub keeps the moisture in the meat and adds an interesting taste to it.

Ingredients

• 1 TBL minced garlic
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp coriander
• ¼ tsp red pepper
• ¼ tsp black pepper

Directions

Mix together. Cover pork chops with yellow mustard and sprinkle on rub. Let sit in refrigerator for an hour before cooking.
