Asian Salad Dressing

This dressing has a nice balance of flavors.

Ingredients

• 1 tsp minced garlic
• 1 tsp red wine vinegar
• 1 tsp light soy sauce or fish sauce
• 1 tsp sugar
• 2 TBL fine peanut oil
• 1 TBL sesame oil

Directions

Whisk together all but oils. Add oils slowly until emulsified.
