Shallot Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

Ingredients

• 2 shallots, chopped
• 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
• 1 TBL Dijon mustard
• 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 3 TBL water

Directions

Whisk thoroughly in a bowl and let sit overnight so the flavors meld.
