Chicken Fajita Marinade
This marinade is for 2 boneless/skinless chicken breasts. I have made
this many times in the skillet and on the grill. It is so good sometimes
we end up eating all the chicken before the fajita veggies are done!
Ingredients
2 T fresh lime juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1 T Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp dried cilantro (or 1 TBL fresh)
1 T oil (vegetable, corn, or olive)
1/8 tsp black pepper
Directions
Mix ingredients and let sit for an hour for the
flavors to meld.
Pour on chicken breasts and marinate up to 8 hours. Scrape off
marinade before cooking.
